| A: | TeletradeDirect® will not impose any minimum order. We cater to all buyers, whether that be one ounce of silver, or 50 ounces of gold. |

| A: | Yes, TeletradeDirect® takes orders online and by telephone. |
| Q: | What bullion products/coins does TeletradeDirect® offer? |
| A: | Initially, TeletradeDirect® is offering American Gold, Silver and Platinum Eagles, Canadian Gold, Silver and Platinum Maple Leafs, Amark Silver Rounds and other select bullion coins. If there is something you are looking for and don't see it listed, please let Teletrade® know. |
| Q: | How does shipping work, and what are the charges? |
| A: | All TeletradeDirect® orders are shipped within 72 hours of cleared payment using USPS and include full insurance. All shipments will need to be signed for on delivery.
Shipping / Insurance Charges:- Orders up to $2,000 will be charged $6 plus 25c per coin.
- Orders from $2,001-$5,000 will be charged $10 plus 25c per coin.
- Orders over $5,000, $20 plus 25c per coin.
Gold, Silver and Platinum bars will incur an additional $10 per item to the above shipping and handling costs.
Orders at TeletradeDirect® cannot be combined with invoices at Teletrade® Auctions. |
| Q: | How is TeletradeDirect® different to Teletrade® Coin Auctions? |
| A: | TeletradeDirect® offers uncertified bullion for direct sale at a fixed price, while Teletrade® Coin Auctions offers certified coins and currency at auction. Orders from the two divisions cannot be combined. |
| Q: | Do you have a regular purchase plan for bullion? |
| A: | Yes, for clients wishing to buy a set number of coins each month, we have set up a regular purchase program for bullion coins. To inquire about this, please contact Ian Russell at 800-949-2646 |
| Q: | Can I have my TeletradeDirect® purchases certified and graded? |
| A: | Yes, Teletrade® can arrange for your bullion purchases to be certified for an additional fee. Please telephone us for more information. |
| Q: | I see Teletrade® also auctions bullion coins. How are they different? |
| A: | All coins at Teletrade® Coin Auctions are certified and graded by a third party. These third parties assign grades ranging from 1-70, 70 being the most perfect and pristine. These 70 grades are given out only to the very best, so with some issues, there might only be a handful graded (sometimes even a single example!). These sell for premiums compared to uncertified bullion coins. |
